Many of our products are produced using recycled, re-purposed or scrap material, therefore, most designs are made in limited quantities and often with slightly different hardware components.  This means that each item is either unique or from a limited run of a design, and should be cherished for it's individually-made qualities.  Due to this, we advise our customers that if they see a design they really like, they should be sure to make their purchase as soon as possible before our stock runs out.

For bespoke orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to be completed and shipped.  If you need your item earlier, please contact us before making your purchase to see if we may be able accommodate your schedule. 

Regarding our materials, all genuine leather products are made from scrap or re-purposed leather.  We also use animal-friendly vegan leather.  Many closures, hardware and other parts are re-purposed or factory surplus. We only used recycled paper for our tags and packing materials. As much as possible, our materials are sourced locally, and all are made by hand in our sweatshop-free San Francisco location.

In the near future, we plan to offer items which will be capable of portable charging for small electronic devices such as smartphones.  These products will only use RoHS-compliant lead-free components.  Additionally, many current products may be retrofitted with the charging device (for an additional fee) once it becomes available.
